Lemon Almond Linguine.
Pan-fry fresh breadcrumbs, almond slivers and crushed garlic in some Camellia

Oil until crisp and golden. Toss through cooked linguine or spaghetti
with lemon rind, black olives, parsley and a dash of lemon juice.
Roast Pumpkin, Beetroot Salad.
Place chunks of Butternut pumpkin and wedges of peeled beetroot and red
onion in a bowl, add some Camellia
Tea
Oil, toss together until coated
and season with flaked sea salt and cracked pepper. Roast in a hot oven
until tender. Arrange on a platter, drizzle over more oil and sprinkle
over chopped fresh herbs. Serve with roast pork or beef.
Barbecue Moroccan Prawns
Process coriander, parsley some cumin, paprika cayenne pepper and garlic
to taste in a food processor until smooth. Add Camellia
Tea Oil to
make a smooth paste. Marinate peeled king size de -veined prawns in
the marinade for about 1 hour. Heat a flat grill on the barbecue until
medium hot, add a thin layer of Camilla Tea Oil and char grill prawns
turning once until opaque in colour. Serve with thick natural yoghurt.
Beef Walnut Stir-Fry
Heat a wok until hot, shallow fry a handful of Walnut halves in Camellia
Tea Oil enough to cover nuts until crisp and golden. Remove and set aside.
Pour off oil and re heat wok. Toss seasoned beef strips in a little Camellia
Tea Oil, stir- fry over high heat. Remove onto a plate, stir fry some
oyster mushrooms, water chestnuts and snow peas until just tender, return
beef and walnuts. Stir through oyster sauce, and rice vinegar to taste.
Crumbed Camembert Wedges
Cut a medium round of Camembert cheese into wedges, toss in flour, dip
in beaten egg and coat in seasoned breadcrumb or ground almonds well.
Heat sufficient Camellia Tea Oil in a large wok or fryer, deep fry wedges
until coating is crisp and golden brown. Drain and serve with spicy Plum
Sauce.

Vinegar together, add salt and pepper to taste Pour over a salad
